i have news for you.

the money that isaac gets from his parents is his allowance and he can choose not to spend it on me. but he does.

as for his credit card, he expects that his parents take it out from his allowance.

after all, wasnt that the agreement that he had with his mother?

if his parents dont take it out of his allowance then fine. thats something between isaac and his mother.
